This four-week beginners' course will take place at the shala and online via Zoom. You can choose to attend either in-person or online. Currently, if you want to attend the classes in-person you need to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
In-person classes will be conducted following social distancing guidelines of 2 metres between each yoga mat.
The classes take place on Mondays and Thursdays at 7:45 pm.
Each class will last between 45 minutes and an hour, depending on what we need to cover at that particular point in the course.
