This is an online class conducted via Zoom. You will receive the zoom link after you sign up for the class and also in a reminder email before the class starts.

This class is suitable for you if you have practised with us before, or already have an established Mysore-style ashtanga yoga practice.

If you are a beginner you should attend an introductory class or a Mysore-style class before attending a led class.

You will need an active pass or membership to book a spot.
