This class is for anyone who wants to build strength and stamina. It's intended to compliment your ashtanga yoga practice.

We are running this class on a donation basis to help us with the running costs of the shala. We appreciate any donations you can make to help us come out of the other side of the coronavirus pandemic with the shala still operating.
